Summer Study: Buddhism 101

Dip your toe into the Buddha's most prominent teachings: the middle way, the three jewels, karma, craving and non-attachment, the second arrow, metta, and nirvana. Each class will have a topic and include meditation, a short talk, and plenty of time for questions with suggested practical applications. While no previous experience is necessary, all levels of curiosity and interest are welcomed.
