What to Expect
Our meetings are open to anyone affected by addiction, whether you are new to recovery or have years of experience. You do not need any background in Buddhism or 12-step programs to attend. Come as you are. There is no pressure to share, and anonymity is respected. A typical meeting includes a brief meditation, a reading, and open sharing among members.
