What to Expect
Our meetings are open to anyone who believes they may have an addiction. As stated in 12 Steps: The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop our addictive behavior. Whether you are new to recovery or have years of experience, you are welcome. You do not need any background in Buddhism or 12 Step programs to attend. Come as you are. A typical meeting includes a brief meditation, a reading, and sharing.
